I love it when a plan comes together ...

Or at least we would if our builder followed the plan ... consequently "imagine our surprise" at coming home to this tonight - the plan we discussed with the builder had always been finish the utility and cloakroom, then do the steel between the sitting / dining room ... anyway ... the sooner they finish the sooner they're gone.
