Got a chance for a daylight walk around Moscow today, so here's a few pictures:

Red Square, with Kremlin on the right and Orthodox church on the left

On the opposite side of Red square from the Kremlin in GUM - a huge department store, and very ornate.




















Typical Metro station, some much more opulent, with statues and all sorts, but the photos didn't really come out!
