Summer 2014 part 3 Wales and the North

To make sure we travelled as far as possible after a few days in Poole we stopped off at home for 24hrs (during which time the Dyson and the iron broke and all the electrics in the kitchen went bang!) and then headed north and west to a very beautiful but chilly Anglesey.

There was a lot of stone skimming

Beautiful views

Warm jumpers

trips underground

fiercely competitive cricket matches

And a quick jog up Snowdon

 Halfway house

Lovely view till the mist rolled in

Reaching the summit!

The view from the summit!

The cafe at the top makes it all worthwhile - hot pasties and sausage rolls and a cup of tea before descent - definitely the way to climb a mountain.
