Severe weather warning

"Snow throughout the midlands" they said; "severe weather warning issued" they said; "don't travel if you don't absolutely need to" they said ... I needed to get some milk ... I'm not getting caught out ... wrap up warm ... Just some insulated trousers and I'll be as snug as a bug in a rug or something.
