How rubbish are we?

We have been very bad at updating our blog lately - I blame Facebook and Twitter but considering neither of us like putting much on those two, we really ought to be better at updating this instead!

So here is a whistlestop tour of the last 7 months!

July:

Celebrating Sarah's 40th in Primrose Hill

Tabitha enjoying the hot weather....

My last day at LSIS as it closes - another quango/arms length body bites the dust:

August:

Fun at New Wine - they do get on sometimes!

Beautiful Newark sunset

Enjoying the view with the help of Joe Sidebotham

Last ever New Wine North East - Groundbreakers

Holiday in France:

Fun in Paris

Some of us were brave enough to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower!

Tuilleries - it was vvv hot!!

Then we did blasts from the past:
First Moret sur Loing where I did my French exchange in 1987

Followed by Loches where Mark did his French exchange in.....well it was a long time ago!

Then we headed south and west for some sun and sea near Les Sables d'Olonne

Trying Citron presse for the first time!

We had a lovely little house with a pool

ate lots of nice french food

found jelly fish...

And ate a lot of ice cream!

Then we headed to the freezing cold north Normandy:

We stayed in Arromanche and saw lots of D-day stuff

And a nice sunset on our last day :)

End of August was a lovely reunion with Leeds Uni friends - there were 14 adults and 19 children (I think and we may have lost a couple in the garden...)

September
Isaac and Tabitha bravely started a new school with only 3 days notice:

We celebrated Tabitha's 7th Birthday

October

Then it was finally time to move house....

we found lots of these....but we didn't take them with us

Clarence had his own moving day

Unfortunately once we had moved the rain started and hasn't stopped since but we were welcomed with a lovely rainbow...
